A huge congratulations to ActionPoint CEO, David Jeffreys who completed IronMan Portugal in Cascais on October 23, 2021. IronMan is the toughest single day endurance event in the world.
David completed the race which included a swim, cycle and run in under 14. 5 hours with race distances including:
Swim – 3.8k
Bike 180km
Run 42.2k (full marathon)
The IronMan, which was due to take place in October 2020 was cancelled like many other sporting events due to Covid-19. However, David kept up his stringent training routine to be able to compete this year.
