The Viatel Technology Group is delighted to today announce the acquisition of Dublin based IT Services firm, supportIT for an undisclosed sum.
The deal will further strengthen Viatel’s position as Ireland’s leading digital services group, offering connectivity, cloud, managed services, security, and software development services to businesses nationally and internationally.
Today’s announcement follows Viatel’s acquisition of digital transformation services provider, ActionPoint, in January of this year. ActionPoint will partner closely with supportIT under the latest deal.

This is the seventh acquisition in just two years for the Viatel Technology Group and further accelerates their platform development in the Irish market. While no financial details of the acquisition have been disclosed, it is understood this acquisition sees the Viatel Technology Group revenues approach €70 million annually.
